Return/Cancellation Policy:  All orders are built to order. Cubicle.com cannot offer any returns on delivered products. If you wish to cancel and order after it has been placed, but prior to shipment, please email us to determine if we are able to accommodate your request.  If your order can be cancelled, which we do not guarantee, there may be restocking fees associated with that cancellation.

Shipping & Delivery Policy: Cubicle.com offers free Standard Delivery Service on cubicle workstations anywhere in the contiguous 48 United States. There will be additional charges for shipping to outside the contiguous 48 United States. Parts orders may also incur an additional shipping charge.  Cubicle products require special handling, all orders ship via Truck Freight. Our products are shipped on wood pallets and will be boxed or shrink wrapped, and banded.  Our Standard Delivery Service includes tailgate delivery, which will require a commercial loading dock at the customer location. If your location does not include a commercial loading dock, then we offer Lift Gate Delivery Service at a small additional fee. With this service, our freight company will use a lift gate on the back of the truck to unload your pallets to the ground level.  Inside delivery is NOT included. If you would like to be notified on the morning of the delivery, please request our Call Ahead Service, also available for a fee. Please inquire for pricing on any non-standard services.  After your order has shipped out, you will receive an email from us containing shipment-tracking information. When your order arrives, please check the shipment for damage, note any damage on the freight carrier’s paperwork and contact Cubicle.com with the details – provide pictures whenever possible. Cubicle.com will reship any damaged or missing products as soon as the full measure of damage or missing items has been determined. All damage or missing items must be reported, in writing, to Cubicle.com within 14 business days of receiving your order.

Installation: The Cubicle.com cubicles require only light carpentry skills to install. If you prefer not to install yourself, Cubicle.com can provide turnkey installation and project management services. Your cubicles will be installed by professional installers, which include the removal of all packaging material from your location.  For installation requirements, please contact your customer service representative for a custom quote. For cubicles that include an electrical system, the customer will be responsible to provide a licensed electrician to connect our electrical feed to the building power.

Representation of Products:  We take every effort to represent our products accurately, please understand that they are all produced to order and may vary slightly in appearance as compared to images on our website.  The reproduction of colors on our website is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colors dependent on the calibration and settings of individual screens. Therefore the shade and finish of the desktops, fabric and colors may vary slightly from the photographic images you will see on our website
