Return Policy
Return/Cancellation Policy: All orders are built to order. Cubicle.com cannot offer any returns on delivered products. If you wish to cancel and order after it has been placed, but prior to shipment, please email us at sales@cubicle.com to determine if we are able to accommodate your request. If your order can be cancelled, which we do not guarantee, there may be restocking fees associated with that cancellation.
Shipping Fees
Free shipping on orders over $1,000.00. A flat-rate, $200.00 shipping fee is added to orders under $1,000.00.
Quick Ship Program
Ships in 10 Business Days!
Cubicle.com offers a 10-business day quick ship program that is free of charge for all our products! After receiving your order, we immediately start the manufacturing process with our production team. Your order will then be professionally packaged and shipped within 10-business days of the order date. Transit time varies depending on where you are located in the U.S. Please email us for more information on estimated shipping transit times for your specific location.

Delivery Options
Standard Loading Dock Delivery (Free)
Our standard delivery service includes loading dock delivery and is free for all orders. Once the production team completes your order, your order components will be boxed, shrink wrapped, banded and shipped on wood pallets via Truck Freight. If there is no loading dock available at the customer location, the pallet can be disassembled and removed piece by piece from the back of the truck, however, this is not the advised method of removal. If there is no loading dock available, we recommend the “Lift Gate Delivery Service” described below.
Lift Gate Delivery Service ($90)
If your location does not have an available commercial loading dock, we offer a “Lift Gate Delivery Service” for an additional $90 per order. With this service, the freight company will use a lift gate on the back of the truck to unload your pallets to the ground level outside your facility.

Inside Delivery Service (Quote Needed)
If you would like your order depalletized and brought inside of your building, please let us know. We will need to provide you with an inside delivery quote, which will depend on a variety of factors, including your building location, conditions, and the size of your order.
