How to Install a Cubicle File Cabinet

OK so now we are going to show how to install a pedestal. This pedestal is actually holding up the right side of the surface here. The left side is being held up by a cantilever. We are going to first position this pedestal in the right place. We are then going to remove this drawer by pressing down and pulling up on the tabs here on the sides. That’s going to afford us enough room to then secure this pedestal to the surface. There are four holes in the pedestal. You’ll want to put a screw in each one of them and that’s what actually secures the pedestal to the surface. And then just slide these drawers right back in and you are done.
